The internship: what better way to see if the career path you have chosen is right for you? If you are an undergraduate seeking an understanding of the hospitality industry, Hyatt offers a paid Internship Program that provides practical work experience and an introduction into Hyatt's culture and management philosophy. While most internships are offered in operational areas, Hyatt internships are offered in a variety of disciplines and may vary slightly by country as described in the specific job descriptions of the available internship postings.
Participants can expect exposure to different areas of the hotel, job shadowing opportunities, projects and participation at hotel meetings during their internship.
The Hyatt Internship Program builds the foundation to becoming successful in the hospitality industry. We recognize the value of our interns, which is why many top performers transition into Hyatt's Management Training program, which focuses on management development.
Compensation, benefits and work permits will vary by country of placement and variations to the corporate training program may be required and communicated at the time of consideration.
